The plaque can also buildup on the tongue which results in bad mouth odor( halitosis) and also other oral health problems so gently brush your tongue also every time you brush your teeth.

The correct use of dental floss is very important otherwise it may also lead to gum disease so you must should must ask from your dentist the correct method of flossing to minimize the adverse effects produce by false flossing technique.
There are several different types of dental floss available in the market easily so you can purchase and use one of the best on your personal preference.
